What is the expiration date of your product?

Our product has a shelf life of nine (9) months from the date produced.

What exactly does the disclaimer stating, “…product is produced in a facility that uses dairy, soy, wheat, peanuts, and other nuts and seeds” mean?

We have to put a disclaimer on all of our packaging whether the product contains those ingredients listed in the disclaimer or not because although we thoroughly clean our baking machines between batches there is still the possibility that there are traces of the allergens and they still have a chance to come into contact with our raw ingredients.

What if I can’t find your cereal at my local grocer?

We are trying our best to bring Cinnabon™ Cereal to most grocers across the country, but if you find that you are unable to locate a grocer that supplies the Cinnabon™ Cereal we suggest you ask the store manager if he/she can order it for you. They would most likely be happy to accommodate your request. You can also call our consumer representative at 1-800-638-8686. 

Where do I find the manufacturing code?

You can find the manufacturing code on the top flap of the cereal box where it reads “Best By…” and it identifies the date the product is good till.
