Cinnabon uses the world's finest cinnamon, found in the high tropical mountains of Indonesia, near Mount Korintji. This special variety of cinnamon produces an optimal concentration of the volatile oils responsible for cinnamon's pungent flavor and characteristic aroma. Throughout its 20-year history, Cinnabon has preserved its quality by using the same source material. The result is Legendary Makara® Cinnamon, available only from Cinnabon.

Products made with whole grains provide higher levels of fiber and naturally occurring vitamins and minerals compared to refined grain products. Cinnabon™ Cinnamon Crunch cereal provides 20g of whole grain per 40g serving and Cinnabon™ Caramel Pecan Crunch cereal provides 19g of whole grain per 40g serving.
